Hey Sweeps, thanks once again for your assistance. I attempted your directions, in truth it had been unplugged all night. I pushed and held donwn understand button (yellow and round) for 2o seconds(little red light) and practically nothing seems to happen. The red light stays on till I hit a remote button. I attempted holding it less, additional, rapidily. and even unhooked difficult wired button and attempted process once again. remove batteries from remote. don’t know anymorel…lol… perhaps I am not clearing machine correctly? thanks inadvance for your help. I retain seeing my my partner walking about like she had just been knocked out and there is a group of men around her. She walks in a daze crying trying to ask why are they undertaking this to her and she walks towards one particular of the guys in the group.
